T.M. (Tom) Sundaram began in the hotel business in 1980 with the purchase of his first hotel. With an architectural background, Tom then began to develop hotels, with primary focus in Gallup, New Mexico. In 1996, he expanded to Albuquerque and now owns and operates four hotels in that area. Last year, he expanded from the limited service industry, with the purchase of the first full service hotel in Beaumont, TX.
